Here are some highlights:

What’s the most important aspect of the guest experience? (5:17)

“Right now we definitely, especially post-COVID, see a lot of convenience… they can go on the app, they can order, but also with the consistency… they still want that connection, even though maybe they don’t want to go and talk face-to-face with the cashier or they want to go to one of our little kiosks and order that way.”

Any tactics or tools that you specifically have found to be successful in creating a great guest experience? (9:00)

“I would definitely say our loyalty app… they can customize their drinks, they’re allowed to modify it… we want to be there for the guests, have the guests be able to have those choices and have that transparency… using that loyalty app to really, with our loyal members, give them the satisfaction.”

Who’s someone who deserves an Ovation in the restaurant industry? (13:01)

“I love the brands that are just transparent. They put it all out there. They’re very clear on what they’re doing… those brands that are just transparent and trying to make healthy, a better lifestyle and a little bit more affordable.”
