“Asking the right questions to get the right information. 97% of restaurants are not asking the right questions. This feedback with drive revenue and increase customer retentions.”

What are some successful tactics you’ve seen or tried lately?

Collecting customer data.

“The biggest marketing mistake is when you don’t collect customer data. By not collecting customer data, you immediately lose your customer’s narrative. You don’t know their name, number, order, etc. and this effects you ability to ever market to them ever again.”

Who deserves an Ovation in the restaurant industry?

David Scott Peters.

“He understands the importance of cash contributors, menu engineering, and positioning products well.”
