“What gets me up in the morning is to find all the solutions we possibly can find for restauranteurs like me. I’ve been a restaurateur my whole entire life. How do we make the restaurateurs life easier? My goal is really to figure out How can we get the best possible tools in the hands of the operators so that we can take a little bit of that pain away.”

“We have to make sure that we treat our guests with the same amount of hospitality we would if they dined in on white tablecloth, as if they ate out. Whatever the hospitality is that they’re expecting, we need to extend that same hospitality off prem, as we do on prem.”
