I would double down on the post ordering experience. Make sure that employees understand the restaurant, menu, and customers, because hat will translate to guest experience.”

“I’ve been reading lots about some of the recent innovations that some of the big franchises are doing and I think that’s really cool to see. For instance, Wendy’s setting up virtual kitchens in the metaverse.”
