In addition, Jesse has facilitated more than 1,000,000 customer service experiences (and counting). Tune in as Jesse B Good brings his guest experience expertise to the Give An Ovation podcast!

Here are a few highlights from this episode:

What is the most important aspect of the guest experience?

“The number one for me is always the people. It’s always a focus on people, and that pertains to both sides. If you’re operating a restaurant, the focus is on your employees and consistently improving the level of guest service that you are delivering. And obviously, it’s always the focus on the customer.”

What are some successful tactics you’ve seen or tried lately?

“There’s a combination of things I find successful. I think focusing on what your employees are doing to deliver a great guest experience never fails. Second, is being consistent. It’s better to be consistently better than average than to be amazing or phenomenal every once in a while.”

Who deserves an Ovation in the restaurant industry?

Paul’s Place Sandwich Shop located in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

Paul’s Place is one of the only restaurants where after I’ve eaten there, I can’t wait to get back there and experience the good food, great service, and great people again.
