“Things change so fast every year, from 2020 to now, and I think getting caught up in traditional ways of marketing, which do work sometimes depending on where you’re at, and what your markets are like, but marketing is changing so fast. You have to be able to to try new things, be able to fail, and keep going.“
What is the most important aspect of the guest experience?
“Being able to access something quickly on the digital side, and just having a very clean and clear user experience… I think simple is better when it comes to digital ordering.”
What are some successful tactics you’ve seen or tried lately?
“We switched on the loyalty side from a spend-based program to a frequency-based program. This has been a pretty successful for us. Overall our cost for loyalty went down.“

“They are owning the game as far as digital delivery, digital, pickup – the overall user experience.”
