Here are a few highlights from this episode:

What is the most important aspect of the guest experience nowadays?

“The guest experience is not just the interaction you have in the store, we all know that digital ordering has expanded. you know, from a revenue perspective, from a percentage of your business perspective. A lot of your experience with the restaurant brand is tied to your experience when you walk into the restaurant or when you order food for delivery . . .

. . . From the digital side, the guest experience is about order accuracy and delivery time. That’s where we as a technology company can help in those areas, particularly for promise delivery time. From an order accuracy perspective, it comes down to operations. So I think, companies that focus on the guest experience the loyalty, the point of sale, or the really, the the commerce side, the the brand and improving those digital operations are perfecting the guest experience.

What are some successful tactics you’ve seen/tried?

I think it all starts with having a very clear definition of what problem you’re trying to solve and what your end goal is? Where are you trying to get to? What is it that is most important? Once you have that clarity, then you’ll be able to figure out exactly which path you want to go down and get to the right answers faster.
