“I always say status quo sucks…like status is not a comfortable position, I mean it’s very good, we want to all get there. To get there, we have to be very uncomfortable, we have to create trouble. We have to ask ourselves strange questions and make our lives hard.”

What is the most important aspect of the guest experience nowadays? (11:14)

“Welcoming people back and making them feel like they’re not still living in a pandemic. Even though we are still battling the effects of the pandemic, we want guest to have fulfilling interactions and feel welcomed.”

What successful things have you seen or tried lately? (21:20)
