I grew up in the restaurant industry and learned that the main reason for everything we do–from training, to food quality, to ambiance, to technology–is to improve the guest experience.

Unfortunately, there are no great ways to measure guest experience. Long surveys are too much effort. Online reviews are too late and too public. Table touches are not scalable and people tend to not be honest.

That’s why I teamed up with an incredible team and gathered feedback from thousands of restaurant owners to create Ovation–a tool that has become America’s #1 feedback solution for restaurants.
