How do you stay motivated?

“Thinking positively. There’s a saying that out of the 60,000 thoughts a person has per day, 50,000 are negative. As humans, we focus on the negative and there is a methodology behind thinking positively, that is why it is so difficult. When you’re stuck in the negative, and the the pizza got burned, and the food didn’t work out, and the cook came in late, these are all negative thoughts and emotions. And these negative thoughts will cost you money.”
