What is the most important aspect of the guest experience nowadays? (18:12)

“I love delivery because it reaches such a large part of our audience and it’s such a huge part of our business. It’s important to develop delivery because there’s so many touch points and so many ways to lose a customer.”

What successful things have you seen or tried lately? (21:20)

Keeping it simple and smoothing out the customer touch points from signage to menu.

Who deserves an Ovation in the industry? (21:40)

“Go check out the guys over at Upside Pizza. Their pizza is great and they’re opening up and launching new ideas and projects.”
