What is the most important aspect of guest experience nowadays?

“We have to look it from a perspective of on prem, and off prem . . .

. . .Starting with off prem, the primary touch point is third party and reviews. You can’t control the delivery experience. Once the food is actually dispatched to the customer and they’ve consumed it the primary touch point is the review. So you need to be very, very cautious of the reviews when it comes to off and on premise. I feel that that there’s a complete journey, and those are the the fundamentals of hostility.

What are some successful tactics to improve the guest experience?

I want to want to highlight the disputes part. Let’s say you dispatch the order but there is some issue. It could be a packaging, maybe the order did not come in the right form, there are multiple reasons. What’s important is how do you react to that customer complaint? How do you assure that the customer doesn’t go away. It’s a very critical point in a very important point because everyone is selling fried chicken or pizza. What matters is how you handle that mistake in the long run?
