Nick Bogacz, founder and president of Client Pizza & Draft House, has proven his ability to grow a business. With over 20 years of experience in the pizza and restaurant industry, Nick opened his first location in 2012 and has grown his operations to six current locations!

What is the most important aspect of the guest experience nowadays? (14:40)
“Expectations. Everybody has an expectation before they come in. Especially with online marketing when you can put pictures of your food out there. Wen you’re a small local restaurant and you put out great pictures of your food, they expect to come in and get that same food.”
What successful things have you seen or tried lately? (15:50)
“Plant based foods. We’ve introduced vegan cheese and Happy Little Plants pepperoni. They’re all plant based and I think they’re here to stay, people are really thinking about what they’re putting into their bodies.”
Who deserves an ovation in the industry? (17:30)
“Will Grant, a good friend of mine and member of world pizza champions. He just started up a school for pizzeria operators. He is certified to teach you the way of operating a pizzeria and the science behind it.”
