Human connection.

Your biggest asset is your human resources, which are your people. You need to have people around you with the same motivation, values, and passion for wanting to bring people in just a lovely manner. That’s how you win and flourish. It’s your people

What are some successful tactics you’ve seen or tried lately?

Use the technology that’s around you. We live in a generation where you have resources around you and you don’t have to go recreate the wheel. The wheel has been created. It’s been enhanced. It’s been exponentially enhanced. So you have the means and the necessities to do overexert yourself.”

Who deserves an ovation in the industry?

“I follow the people in the trenches. I just look at my community and my competitors. Even then, my competitors feel more like a collaboration, it’s seeing what they’re doing and deciding to build this in your own way. It’s crucial to look around you.”
