What is the most important aspect of the guest experience nowadays?

2 things come to mind. The first, you need to differentiate yourself in the space. I was just talking with a Five Guys franchise owner that was there when they were really blowing up. Now, the market is a little bit more saturated. And a struggle for them is quick service restaurant have exploded (QSR).I think they need to differentiate themselves and really wow their customers both from the marketing and from the the food quality. And then 2, they have to be super consistent.
